Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Introduction
ArtNHer London is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct, including the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations. In compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, this statement outlines the steps we take to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not present in our business or supply chains.
Our Business and Values
ArtNHer London is a multi-disciplinary brand operating across:
- Fashion and lifestyle – designing and curating products that celebrate individuality and creative expression.
- Business consulting – supporting clients with strategy, brand development, and operational excellence.
- Events consulting and production – delivering culturally rich, inclusive, and ethically-managed experiences.
Our core values—creativity, integrity, empowerment, and transparency—are embedded into every aspect of our business. We believe in fair treatment, equal opportunity, and human dignity across our workforce and partnerships.
Our Supply Chains
Our operations involve collaboration with suppliers, freelancers, and service providers both in the UK and internationally. These include suppliers of fashion goods and raw materials, event production teams, and business consulting partners. We maintain high expectations for ethical conduct throughout our supply chains and contractual relationships.
Policies and Due Diligence
We are committed to eliminating risks of modern slavery by applying rigorous standards, including:
- Conducting due diligence on new suppliers and service providers.
- Requiring adherence to our Supplier and Partner Code of Conduct, which strictly prohibits the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.
- Maintaining contracts with clear anti-slavery clauses.
- Training key personnel to understand and identify risks related to modern slavery and trafficking.
- Creating an open environment for raising concerns without fear of retaliation.
Risk Assessment and Monitoring
We assess the risk of modern slavery across all areas of our business, with particular focus on:
- Fashion supply chains, including sourcing and production.
- Event staffing and temporary labour in the UK and abroad.
- Third-party consultants and subcontractors involved in client services.
Where higher-risk areas are identified, we increase oversight and review procedures accordingly.
Continuous Improvement
ArtNHer London is committed to improving our policies and practices to address the evolving risks of modern slavery. We will:
- Review our anti-slavery strategy annually.
- Strengthen internal training and supplier engagement.
- Explore more ethical sourcing certifications and partnerships.
